New tile added - popup wall that turns into a thin wall blocking the direction you entered it.
Made some changes to the old-to-new-format level converter. It can now convert up to 145 levels.
In the level editor, added a section showing what tile the mouse is over.
Fixed bug that would occur when using Go To when on the first or last level.
Other minor changes.
Version 3.0, released October 1, 2006
Level files now support up to 255 levels.
Recording and playing back solutions are now supported.
When you enter the Game or Editor windows, the level set list window disappears until you exit the Game or Editor window - then the level set list window will appear again.
Fixed a major bug when stepping right onto a fake blue wall. Thanks to Andrew E for reporting this bug.
Version 2.0, released September 20, 2005
Almost completely rewrote the program (I say almost because I copied and pasted some of the code from v1.7). The program went down from 12.4 MB to 400 KB! Unfortunately, there is a downside: levels with multiple ML's may not work correctly anymore. Therefore, a hint has been added to my MikeL2 level explaining how the level was supposed to work.
The editor now has a Fill feature.
You have the option to save first when exiting the program and when creating a new level.
Version 1.7, released June 29, 2005
The Open and Save dialog boxes in the editor no longer list score files, they only list levels.
When saving, a second ".mlm" is no longer added to the file name.
Version 1.6, released August 11, 2004
The game window should not be off the screen at all now.
The "editor info" window should never overlap the editor at startup.
Fixed a minor typo in the Save dialog box in the editor.
Version 1.5, released August 9, 2004
A bug in the editor was fixed which caused some wacky things to happen with my MikeL3 level.
Hints have been added. Instead of stepping on a hint tile, however, just press Read Hint from the Game menu.
Bad news, though: Any levels made before version 1.5 will not work with the new ML Maze. You will have to edit the level in Notepad: put two quotes ("") between the second and third lines in the file. My levels have been updated so you don't have to do this.
Version 1.4, released August 9, 2004
Blue walls don't look as much like regular walls anymore.
Version 1.3, released August 8, 2004
On some computers, part of the game window would be off the screen. It's still off a little bit, but it might not be as much as before.
Version 1.2, released August 6, 2004
Score files no longer show up in the main window. However, they still show up in the Open and Save boxes in the editor.
