Some tips not listed on Anders' readme file:

If you're using Windows XP and ChipCap slows the game down a lot, do this: under Display (where you change screen resolution), click Settings, then click Advanced, then Adapter, and click List All Modes - use "640 by 480, 16 colors, default refresh" or "800 by 600, 16 colors, default refresh". (Thanks to Dan Padgett for this tip.)
If you're using Windows XP, I recommend version 1.2, because it will allow you to use 5fps speed.
